Q: HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

1.Please email and share your thoughts with us

2.Let us know the required quantity/your budget/your brand logo file/other order detailed requirements

3.We will prepare the most suitable gift product quotation and prepare the model with your logo for approval

4.Confirm the order and arrange payment.

Q: ARTWORK & LOGO FORMAT?

A: All the products are customizable and we will be more than happier to help you make an amazing gifts.  We prefer LOGO file in format .EPS, .AI, .CDR (in vector format with fonts converted to outlines or curves), we can also accept .PDF, .JPG file. Our designer team will made it back to you within 24 hours.

Q: ORDER QUANTITY?

A: The MOQ for the products are different as well. For stock items, we accept low MOQ like 50-100pcs. We can always put your logo on the products.

Q: SAMPLES?

A: We will prepare the sample to confirm before mass production. We will take clear sample photos for confirmation or either way customers can choose to have physical sample for confirmation.

Q: SAMPLE LEAD TIME?

A: The lead time will mainly depends on the product. For technology gift item, mostly will take 2-3 days; For other gift items, it will take 3-5 days. We will always keep our eyes on the time and do our best to make everything perfect and fast.

Q: OTHER SAMPLE POLICY?

A: Customers are welcome to order samples for testing before bulk order. We have free samples available for several products, and would be happy to send sample. However, we don't cover the shipping cost for sample. Customer will bear the shipping fee by express. The cost is various from $30-$100 depending on the weight of the shipment.

Q: PRODUCTION LEAD TIME?

A: Our products lead time is 15-35 days after the payment confirmation. We will always make sure the order ship on time to meet customer's event.

Q: PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROL?

A: Quality is our life. All of our order are complied to standard at AQL(0/3/4). We have our inspection teams to make the inspections in different production stages and do strict quanlity control inspection before shipping.

Q: DELIVERY METHODS?

A: We can arrange the delivery according to customer's requests. The methods are by express, by ocean, by air. We have forwarders that have been working together more than 10 years, and will make sure the customer's shipments are safe and on time.

Q: PRODUCT WARRANTY?

A: Fortune Port Electronics Limited guarantees that all the products will be free from material and workmanship for 1 years.

Q: What is the payment terms?

A1: We accept TT payment/LC/Paypal/Western union/Alibaba trade assurance .

A2: Terms: 30% down payment, rest before delivery after QC passed.

AFTER-SALES POLICY

General Terms

Fortune Port Electronics Limited guarantees that all the items you purchased will be free from material and workmanship for 1 years. The warranty period for product starts on the day such product is delivered. Product defects, malfunctions, or failures caused by Force Majeure (flood, fire, storm, lightning, sea oxide, rain or water immersion etc.) are not within warranty coverage. Incorrect cabling, misuse, abuse or unauthorized repair are not warranted.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process

During the period if our product dose not function as described, please contact with customer service to getting help.  We will attempt to diagnose and resolve your problem by telephone, e-mail or online chat. For technical support please email us or phone (+86-755-82036894) first. Once the products need to be repaired, please make contact and acquire a RMA number and our staff will generate an email with an assigned RMA number for you to ship the products back.

Customers will bear one way freight charge to return RMA back and Fortune Port Electronics Limited will bear another one way freight charge to send back the microphone. Please expect the RMA lead time 2-4 weeks.
